What is tax receiptable?

A tax receipt will be given for donations over $10.  All tax receipts are from RockPointe Church.  The receiptable portion is the total amount minus the event costs.  You host  a dinner which cost $15.00 a plate and receive a donation from one of your guests for $50.00.  The difference - $35.00 is receiptable.

Can we book tables for sign up after Church on the weekends?

We are encouraging all our small groups to use these tables for advertising their event only.   As we are trying to raise the awareness of human trafficking, sign up tables in your community or workplace is preferable.  This also eliminates the need for volunteers to handle funds & signup sheets.

Why can't I use the church to produce larger posters or other advertising?

The printer only fits 11 x 17 inch paper.  For larger jobs, we recommend Petro Tech Printing (403-266-1651).  They are reasonable, quick and very friendly.
